Placing a neutral rectangle shaped building object (or by selecting in the sub menu pre set typologies EF small, EF big. Residential building 4 apartments, residential building 6 apartments, residential building 10 apartments).
Command order: select point shaped object button, click inside the drawing area, determine alignment of the building object, click and drag until the building object reaches the requested length, click again and drag to determine the width and click again for the alignment. The presetting can be determined individually under file/setting. After, for all the building objects, the complex’s parameters can be changed and adjusted in the right feature bar like for example height of the complex, height of the storeys, the kind of bevel (only affects the display when adjusting to the building line).
Tip: The typology “carpet” shows the max. volume inside the given building line parameters.
