Concepts
Some lines (= borders) are oriented, which means they distinguish between left and right. When drawing these borders, it makes a difference if we draw them clockwise or anti-clockwise. Oriented borders are labelled by additional symbols on the corners, these also suggest the current orientation.

The orientation of these borders can be changed by going on the command “invert” in the feature bar.
