Individually sketched empty spaces (for example airspace or atria), that stay the same during the automatic outline generation.
Drawing empty space inside the outline. Click on command, expand the room with the mouse and finish with right mouse click.
If we activate the room, the windows for the setting for the room parameters according to the possibilities in the tabular room program, open up in the properties bar in the bottom.
