Placing of an open line with setback functions. The setback line provides the opportunity to simulate necessary distance area in front of the neighbour’s windows and to define extra distance areas or building lot division inside of the property boundaries (building line).
In the properties on the right side we can set the features of the setback line analogue to the building line and invert the alignment.
